The Suigun Line ( Japanese 水 郡 線 , Suigun-sen ) is a Japanese railway line that runs between Mito stations in Ibaraki Prefecture and Kōriyama in Fukushima Prefecture . The name Suigun consists of the cities of the characters Mito ( ) and Kōriyama ( together). The line is operated by the JR East .
