The Ryōmō Line ( Japanese 両 毛線 , Ryōmō-sen ) is part of the network of the East Japan Railway Company (JR East) in the northern metropolitan area of Tokyo . It connects the cities of Oyama in Tochigi Prefecture and Maebashi in Gunma .
