Sunzendorf is a district of the municipality of Birgland in the district of Amberg-Sulzbach in the Upper Palatinate in Bavaria .

The district is located in the northern part of the municipality. The AS 1 and the AS 36 run to the east. Nearby districts are Ammersricht (southeast), Dollmannsberg (west), Nonnhof (south) and Rothsricht (northeast).

history

The old community of Sunzendorf with the districts Ammersricht , Dollmannsberg , Höfling , Nonnhof , Reichenunholden , Rothsricht and Sunzendorf was incorporated into the community of Birgland in 1978 .
