Geigenwang is a Bavarian hamlet that belongs to the municipality of Birgland .

geography

The hamlet in the north of the Upper Palatinate Jura is one of 42 officially named parts of the municipality of Birgland in the western part of the Upper Palatinate . That at an altitude of 581  m above sea level. Geigenwang , located near the NHN , is about seven kilometers from the east-north-east parish village of Illschwang , where the Birgland municipal administration is based.
