Susanne-Marie Wrage

Susanne-Marie Wrage (born September 12, 1965 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German actress and director .

Life

Susanne-Marie Wrage studied dance and singing at the School for Stage Art in Berlin from 1985 to 1987 and attended the drama school "Der Kreis" there from 1987 to 1990 . She then studied drama writing with Heiner Müller, among others. From 1993 to 1998 Wrage was engaged at the Theater am Neumarkt in Zurich and between 1998 and 2006 at the Theater Basel .

She was invited to the Theatertreffen in Berlin with In Sekten , Top Dogs , Elective Affinities and the play Der Kick . Between 1999 and 2007 she was a regular guest lecturer at the Bern University of the Arts . From 2008 to 2009 she taught at the Academy of Performing Arts in Ludwigsburg and in autumn 2008 she was a visiting professor at the Ludwigsburg Film Academy. Susanne-Marie Wrage is a regular guest lecturer at the ZHdK, Department of Performing Arts. She received scholarships for stays in Israel and Nairs, Engadin. In 2000 she started working as a director. She works as a writer for Radio DRS 2.

She has been a member of the Schauspielhaus Zürich ensemble since the 2009/10 season.
