Sylvia Engelmann

Sylvia "Sylvie" Engelmann (born September 22, 1958 in Rosenheim ) is a German actress , dancer , photo model , lecturer and writer .

Life

Sylvia Engelmann was born as the daughter of a professional musician. Until she started school she accompanied her parents on tour. The family moved to Überlingen for their school days .

From 1966 she received classical ballet lessons for several years , which she however ended at her mother's insistence. After completing secondary school , she went to Munich with her boyfriend in 1976 and lives there to this day.

Sylvia Engelmann was married three times.

Career

After arriving in Munich in 1976, she first started working in a red light establishment, but after a few months switched to the first peep show in Munich by the Kiez restaurateur Walter Staudinger .

The first film offers in the field of erotic films followed - the films were published on Super 8 , as was customary at the time . Through her acting talent, other producers and directors became aware of her and she got roles in major cinema productions. She acted in several Bavarian comedies and report films by the directors Franz Marischka , Walter Boos , Rolf Olsen and Jürgen Enz .

In the 1980s she focused on a modeling career and worked as a Playboy bunny. In the mid-1990s she discovered the burlesque genre and opened a burlesque agency and school.

In the early 2000s she returned to the camera and appeared in various early evening series on private broadcasters. In 2009 her first book was published, Rappen for Seniors from 33 - Poems and rhymes from all over the place . Her second book, Verbal Burlesque, followed in 2015 .
