Szentistván is a Hungarian large village in the county Mezőkövesd in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén .
Geographical location
Szentistván is located in northern Hungary , 42 kilometers south of the Miskolc county seat . The next town, Mezőkövesd, is about eight and a half kilometers northwest.
