action

A Nigerian youth is found stabbed to death under a bridge in Lucerne. He had previously been knocked down during a drug dealer robbery. The victim Ebi Osodi was considered an unaccompanied minor asylum seeker (UMA) and is already known to the police several times for dealing with drugs. For the inspectors Reto Flückiger and Liz Ritschard, the evidence points to a settlement in the drug milieu. However, the investigation is making slow progress. Ebi had not lived in his room in the asylum center for months. Access to the drug environment of Nigerians is difficult because they keep to themselves. Since the delinquent Ebi was to be deported at the age of majority and was in hiding, Police Chief Mattmann demands a quick end to the case. His urging leads the commissioners to dig deeper into the victim's background and investigate his fate.

Through a raid on the Nigerian drug dealers, the commissioners identify other people involved - u. a. Jola West and Rita and her husband Adibe. During the interrogation, Jola claims to have been kidnapped while fleeing in Libya and forced into prostitution in Italy. She has already applied for asylum there, so that, under the Dublin Agreement, Italy is responsible for her and she should be deported. The underage asylum seeker Jola from Nigeria is playing an increasingly important role for the commissioners. Liz then goes to Italy to investigate the background and finds out that Ebi and Jola are siblings. Further evidence shows that Jola is involved in the murder case. The two siblings planned the robbery and theft of the cocaine together in order to pay off their mother's debts in Nigeria through the sale. Sepp Rieder is identified and questioned on video recordings. He says he sold the pistol to Ebi. Sepp then tries to find the cocaine Obis because he claims it for himself.

The conflict-laden relationship between Jola and Ebi's former roommate Navid is shown in a parallel plot. Navid wants to help Jola, but she refuses. He is in love with Jola and became jealous when he observed Jola's familiar interaction with Ebi. Since he didn't know that Ebi was her brother, he wanted to confront him. In the subsequent scuffle, he then stabbed Ebi.

It is revealed that Adibe is the head of the drug gang when he sends his dealers on Jola to retrieve the stolen cocaine. Since the sale of the cocaine to Adibe fails, Jola tries to sell the drugs to Sepp. However, this mistreats her so badly that she dies shortly afterwards, despite Liz's intervention.

In addition, Commissioner Flückinger suffered hallucinations. According to the medical findings, migraines are the cause of increasingly severe headaches and recurring shifts in perception.
