Tawęcino [ tavɛnˈt͡ɕinɔ ] ( German Tauenzin , Kashubian Tawãcëno ) is a village in the Gmina Nowa Wieś Lęborska in the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship . It is located 12 km north of Nowa Wieś Lęborska (Neuendorf) , 12 km north of Lębork ( Lauenburg ) and 69 km northwest of Gdansk .
Until 1945 Tauenzin formed a rural community in the district of Lauenburg i. Pom. in the Prussian province of Pomerania . The Evertshof and Karlkow residential areas also belonged to the rural community .
