Tereza Tobiášová (born April 10, 1974 in Brno ) is a Czech volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career Beach

Tobiášová played her first international tournaments with Martina Hudcová in 1997 . The two Czech women finished 17th and 25th at the 1997 World Championships in Los Angeles and 1999 in Marseille. At the 1999 European Championships , they finished ninth. After they repeated the result in Getxo the next year , they took part in the Olympic tournament in Sydney , where they were eliminated early with two defeats against the US duo May / McPeak and the Greek Karadassiou / Sfyri . Then they separated.

Tobiášová played with Marika Těknědžjanová for the next two years and reached 17th place at the 2001 World Cup in Klagenfurt after losing to the Americans Masakayan / DeNecochea . In the same year they met three German duos at the European Championships in Jesolo . After the 1: 2 in the main round against Friedrichsen / Müsch there was a win against Kaup / Pavlicek in the first game of the losers round , before the Czechs lost to Ahmann / Schmidt in the tie- break . In 2002 in Basel they reached the third round against their compatriots Celbová / Nováková and had to admit defeat to the Norwegians Glesnes / Maaseide after three sets in the losing round .

Three years later, Tobiášová and her new partner Šárka Nakládalová finished ninth at the 2005 European Championships . The next European tournament in The Hague in 2006 only ended one round before the semi-finals; by losing to the Dutch Kadijk / Mooren she was fifth. Since 2008 she has been playing with Soňa Nováková-Dosoudilová. The duo finished fifth and fourth at the Klagenfurt Grand Slam and the Open tournament in Mysłowice , but have not yet qualified for any European championships. At the 2011 World Cup in Rome , Tobiášová / Nováková came into the first main round and lost in three sets against the Brazilians Talita / Antonelli .

Career hall

Tereza Tobiášová was also active in the hall. She took in 2010 with the Czech national team at the World Cup in Japan in part and played in the Czech league for the VK Královo Pole in Brno .
