Tessa Thompson
Tessa Lynne Thompson (born October 3, 1983 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actress .
Life
Thompson was born on October 3, 1983 in Los Angeles (California) as the daughter of Chocolate Genius singer Marc Anthony Thompson. She went to Santa Monica High School and did a lot of theater .
Thompson made her first television appearance in 2005 in an episode of the television series Cold Case . In the second season of Veronica Mars , she played her first leading role in a television series and gained greater prominence through the role of Jackie Cook . In 2007, Thompson starred as Nikki Barnes on The CW television series Hidden Palms .
Since 2016 she has played the role of Charlotte Hale in the Westworld series . She took on the role of Valkyrie in the Marvel film adaptation of Thor: Judgment Day .
In the original version of the Disney remake Lady and the Tramp , she speaks the dog Lady.
