Tetjana Vodopjanowa ( Ukrainian Тетяна Водопянова ; born January 11, 1973 in Kiev ) is a former Ukrainian biathlete .

Tetjana Vodopjanowa is a physical education teacher and began biathlon in 1990 . She has been active in the biathlon world cup since the early 1990s . She achieved her first result among the top ten in 1994 in an individual in Bad Gastein . In 1995, in Östersund , the Ukrainian achieved a podium finish for the first time as second in the individual. She celebrated her first victory in a single in 1996 in Pokljuka . In 1997 she won a second individual in Antholz . There are also World Cup victories with the 1997 season in Nagano and 1999 in Ruhpolding . The best place in the overall World Cup ranking was 14th in the 2000/01 season .

Twice, in 1998 in Nagano and 2002 in Salt Lake City , Wodopjanowa competed at the Winter Olympics . In 1998 she was 24th in the individual, 19th in the sprint and fifth in the relay race, four years later 31st in the sprint, 26th in the pursuit and tenth in the relay. She took part in biathlon world championships five times between 1995 and 2002 . In 1995 in Antholz and 1997 in Osrblie , fifth place with the relay was the best result, in 1996 she won bronze with the relay in Ruhpolding, also in 2000 at Holmenkollen in Oslo and 2001 in Pokljuka. In 2001 she achieved her best result in an individual race with eleventh place in the mass start. After the Olympic Games in 2002 Vodopyanova ended her active career.
