The Dudesons (AKA Extreme Duudsonit ) called a Finnish reality - TV show . It first aired in Finland in January 2001 and is about four friends from the Finnish town of Seinäjoki . The series offers a combination of performance made up of stunts , comedy and reality.

In January 2000, Laasala started working as a writer for a small television station. He took this as an opportunity to design his own format. He and his three friends started making small films in Seinäjoki and Helsinki. Completed in August 2000, The Dudesons came on television as the first season with the surtitle Maailmankiertue (world tour) in January 2001 and switched to a larger broadcaster in August of the same year. The second season, entitled Extreme Duudsonit, Maailmaniertue 2, followed in 2002, which was followed in the following two years by seasons three (Maailmankiertue 3) and four ((Duudsoni Elämää). This series is produced partly by the Finnish producer Rabbit Films and partly by MTV and Dickhouse.
