Thomas Cup 1979

The tenth edition of the Thomas Cup , the world championship for men's badminton teams , took place in Jakarta , Indonesia , in 1979 . The winner was again the team from Indonesia, under the leadership of Tahir Djide , who beat Denmark 9-0.
