Thomas Hochrainer
Thomas Hochrainer (born May 15, 1975 in Warstein ) is a German engineer .
Life
From 1995 to 2002 he studied industrial mathematics at the University of Karlsruhe . From 2002 to 2006 he completed his doctorate as Dr.-Ing. in Karlsruhe . From 2002 to 2006 he was a research assistant for IAM Computational Materials Science at the University of Karlsruhe. From 2006 to 2010 he was a research assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Mechanics of Materials and at the IAM Computational Materials Science at the University of Karlsruhe. From 2010 to 2011 he was the Senior Research Scientist Department of Scientific Computing at Florida State University . From 2011 to 2012 he was a research assistant at the BIME - Bremen Institute for Structural Mechanics and Production Systems at the University of Bremen . From 2012 to 2017 he was Junior Professor for Material Mechanics / Computational Material Modeling in Bremen , Department of Production Technology . Since 2017 he has been teaching as a university professor for strength theory at TU Graz .
