Thomas Scharff (actor)

Thomas Scharff (born June 25, 1970 in Berlin ) is a German actor .

After graduating from high school, he studied German , journalism and theater studies . In 1992 he started a one-year intensive acting course at the private drama studio in Berlin-Friedrichstrasse, with which he prepared for the entrance examination at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy University of Music and Theater in Leipzig . From 1993 to 1995 he studied music and theater in Leipzig. He then moved to the Dresden State Theater and completed a two-year studio training. In 1992 he completed his training with an award. He started his television career in 1998 in the ZDF series Ein stark Team . From 2007 to 2008 he played the police chief commissioner and service group leader Nils Meermann in the ZDF series Notruf Hafenkante .
