Thorshøj is a Danish town with 279 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020) in the north of Denmark. The village is located in the parish Torslev ( Torslev Sogn ), which until 1970 belonged to Harde Dronninglund Herred in what was then Hjørring Amt . With the dissolution of the Harden structure, the parish was included in the municipality of Sæby in the newly established North Jutland Office , the municipality in turn merged with other municipalities in the enlarged municipality of Frederikshavn , which belongs to the North Jutland region , with the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

Thorshøj is about four kilometers east of Østervrå and about five kilometers west of Hørby .
