Lyngså is a Danish town with 238 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020) in the north of Jutland . The village is located in the parish of Albæk ( Albæk Sogn ), which until 1970 belonged to Harde Dronninglund Herred in what was then Hjørring Amt . With the dissolution of the Harden structure, the parish was included in the municipality of Sæby in the newly established North Jutland Office , the municipality in turn merged with other municipalities in the enlarged municipality of Frederikshavn , which belongs to the North Jutland region , with the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

Lyngså is about five kilometers north of Voerså , eight kilometers east of Præstbro and about ten kilometers south of Sæby .
