Tilo Klinner

Tilo Klinner (* 1958 in Würzburg , Bavaria ) is a German diplomat and since 2018 Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Kazakhstan .

Life

After graduating from high school in Würzburg, Klinner studied law at the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and the University of Lausanne from 1977 to 1983 and passed his first state examination in 1983 . After the subsequent legal clerkship at the Passau District Court and at the Passau District Court , he studied at McGill University in Montreal from 1984 to 1985 and then completed his legal clerkship in Munich until 1987 , where he also passed the second state examination in 1987.
