Tischendorf is a district of the rural community city Auma-Weidatal in the district of Greiz in Thuringia .

geography

The district is located about 5 kilometers north of Auma and 2 kilometers east of Triptis . There is good connection to the surrounding area and other traffic routes to the federal highway 2 , which leads past the village about 500 meters to the west.

The district is located in the red sandstone area near Triptis and on the northern border with the southeast Thuringian slate mountains .
