António Manuel Fernandes Mendes (born October 23, 1992 in Fafe ) is a Portuguese football player . Since 2019 he has been playing for Red Star Belgrade in the first division of Serbia .

Career

Tomané began his career at Vitória Guimarães , where he made his debut in the Primeira Liga in October 2010 . In 2011 he was awarded to the third division club AD Limianos . With Guimarães he played in the Europa League in 2013 , but failed in the group stage. In January 2016 he was awarded to the second division club MSV Duisburg in Germany until the end of the season .

For the 2016/17 season he moved to Greece to Panetolikos . From January to August 2017 he played again in Portugal, at FC Arouca , after which he moved to CD Tondela , where he became a regular for the first division club and scored 21 goals. In July 2019 he signed a three-year contract with the top Serbian club Red Star Belgrade .
