Tomáš Satoranský (born October 30, 1991 in Prague ) is a Czech basketball player . He has a height of 2.01 m and plays in the guard position .

Career

Satoranský played in the youth division of the USK Prague and from 2007 also in the men's team in the first division of his home country.

From 2009 to 2014 Satoranský played in Spain for the first division club Club Deportivo Baloncesto from Seville . He signed up for the 2012 NBA Draft and was selected 32nd by the Washington Wizards . Although he took part in the 2012 NBA Summer League , he continued to play in Europe. In 2014 a move followed within Spain to FC Barcelona . Satoranský won the Spanish Supercup with FC Barcelona in 2016. After two years, he moved to the Washington Wizards in the NBA in the summer, who had already secured his rights in 2012.

In January 2019, he scored his first triple-double in the NBA for the Wizards in the 113-106 win over the Milwaukee Bucks . During the 2019 summer break, the Czech moved to the Chicago Bulls within the NBA .
