author

Staud's first book On the moped to freedom - turning stories from the Altmark was published in 2000. In 2005 he published Modern Nazis , which deals with the NPD and the current development of the extreme right in Germany. Staud's thesis of a “fascization of the East” received wide media coverage. Together with the taz journalist Nick Reimer , he wrote the book “Wir Klimaretter - the turning point can still be achieved” in 2007. In 2009, von Staud published the book Green, Green, Green is Everything We Buy: Lies until the Image is Right . In the same year, together with Holger Kulick , he published the guidebook Das Buch gegen Nazis , which, like Modern Nazis, was published in a licensed edition by the Federal Agency for Civic Education . In 2012 he and Johannes Radke published the book New Nazis , which describes the change in the extreme right. In a review by Deutschlandfunk it was said: “The new book is also written in a catchy manner, without being overly simplified, knowledgeable and detailed. [...] Toralf Staud and Johannes Radke remain pleasantly factual, neither overestimating nor underestimating the danger from the right. "
