The 14th Tour of Hainan 2017 was a Chinese road bike race . The stage race took place from October 27th to November 5th, 2017 . In addition, the bike race was part of the UCI Asia Tour 2018 and was classified in the 2nd HC category.

Overall winner was the Italian Jacopo Mosca from Wilier Triestina . He won the seventh stage after he was able to break away from his pursuers in the last mountain classification 12 kilometers from the finish.

After this tour, the Chinese rider Wang Xin and his team Keyi Look were banned from the Chinese Cycling Federation for two years.
