On September 5, 2015, the village became the center of the newly established rural community Trostyanets (Тростянецька сільська громада / Trostjanezka silska hromada ), this includes also the 16 villages Brodky (Бродки) Demnja (Демня) Dobrjany (Добряни) Dubrowa ( Дуброва) Hluchiwez (Глухівець) ILIW (Ілів) Krassiw , Lubjana (Луб'яна), Mala Wolja (Мала Воля) Poljana (Поляна) Saklad (Заклад) Stilsko , Sucha Dolyna (Суха Долина) Ternopillja and Welyka Wolja (Велика Воля) and the settlement Lypiwka , until then it belonged to the district council of Brodky .
