Tuncay Aksoy (born June 1, 1979 in Duisburg ) is a Turkish football player born and living in Germany .
Career
societies
Aksoy comes from the youth of the Oberhausen club Sterkrade 06/07 . He made his first step in the senior sector from 1998 to 2000 at Rot-Weiss Essen , initially in the then fourth-class Oberliga Nordrhein and in the second year after advancing to the third-class Regionalliga West / Südwest . From there he went to Erzurumspor in Turkey in 2000 . After the club's relegation from the Süper Lig , he moved to Diyarbakırspor , but returned to RWE after another year in Germany. In the Regionalliga Nord he was third in the table with the club in 2002/03 . He then went to the first division club 1. FC Kleve and came via SV Adler Osterfeld and 1. FC Bocholt 2006 to Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in the upper division of North Rhine. With the shamrocks , he experienced his most successful sporting period and managed a. a. alongside players like Mike Terranova and Markus Kaya, the march through to the 2nd Bundesliga . With the shirt number 11 he made his debut on September 12, 2008 in the 1: 3 home defeat against fellow promoted Rot Weiss Ahlen in German professional football, when he came on in the 87th minute for Tim Reichert . His second appearance on matchday 16 against SC Freiburg was also his last second division game.
In January 2009 Aksoy moved to the NRW league club SSVg Velbert , where he played for the next year and a half. In the summer of 2010 he joined the Lower Rhine division TV Jahn Hiesfeld , for whom he scored 16 goals in his first season and with whom he qualified for the new Oberliga Niederrhein in 2012. In 2013 Aksoy returned to SV Adler Osterfeld , which is now playing in the district league . In January 2014, the Duisburg district division club SV Genc Osman introduced him as the new sporting director. In 2016 he became player- coach for the reserve team of the traditional Oberhausen club BV Osterfeld in the district league C. A year later, coach of the first team.

Aksoy played once for the Turkish U-21 national team during his time at Erzurumspor .
