The tower hill Wollbach , also called tower hill on the lake and waiting tower Wollbach , is a watch tower , the remainder of which is on the parcel "Ochsenbühl", about 2,270 meters west-northwest of the church of the community of Wollbach in the Lower Franconian district of Rhön-Grabfeld in Bavaria .

From the 11th to the 13th century, a Würzburg ministerial (documented in the 13th century) sat on the tower hill at the then lake near "Ochsenbühl" to protect the Würzburg Schweinberg and its partial use and carried a forest ranger ("custos silvae") Forest hooves in the Schweinberg to fief .

The tower mound (Motte) still has a height of about five meters and a diameter of 30 meters. On its west and north sides, the hill has a four meter wide berm .
