Tyron Owusu (born June 8, 2003 in Lucerne ) is a Swiss football player of Ghanaian descent who is under contract with FC Lucerne in the Swiss Super League .

Career

Owusu was already considered one of the great talents from the promising 2003 year of FC Luzern among the U18 juniors. At the beginning of July 2020, he signed his first professional contract with the Lucerne team and came on July 16 for his first short assignment against FC St. Gallen .

National team

Owusu has played various international matches for the Swiss U16 and U17 national teams. He is currently in the squad of the Swiss U-18 national team.

Others

Owusu is the son of the former soccer player Benson Owusu , who played for the Ghanaian national team and in the neighboring city for SC Kriens .
