Otar Kakabadse ( Georgian ოთარ კაკაბაძე ; born June 27, 1995 in Tbilisi ), called Kaka, is a Georgian football player who has been under contract with FC Luzern since August 2018 .

Career

society

Kakabadse began his career in Georgia at the Dinamo Academy . In 2013 he moved to the first team of Dinamo Tbilisi . There he completed 40 games in the highest Georgian league in two years before moving to Gimnàstic de Tarragona in the second Spanish division . After half a year at Gimnàstic with few assignments, he was awarded to Esbjerg fB in Denmark for half a year .

In the second season at Gimnàstic he was a regular in the position of right-back. He scored one goal and six assists in 36 league games. In the summer of 2018, FC Luzern became aware of him from Switzerland and signed the defender for a transfer fee of around 500,000 euros with a three-year contract until June 2021.

National team

Kakabadse played in several junior teams for Georgia from 2011 to 2015. He made his international debut for the senior team of Georgia on October 8, 2015, when he played in the 4-0 win over Gibraltar .
