The Therese-Giehse-Allee underground station is a station on the Munich underground . It was opened together with the line to Neuperlach Süd on October 18, 1980 and has been served by the U5 line since 1988 . It is located under a park next to the street of the same name, which was named after the actress Therese Giehse . The walls are clad with fiber cement panels, the pillars in the middle with brown tiles. The platform, designed as a central platform , is made of synthetic pebbles. At the south end a ramp leads to the surface. The planning name of the station was Neuperlach-Subzentrum .
