The Quiddestraße underground station in Munich was opened in 1980 together with the U8 / 1 line. Today the U5 line runs there and, since December 12, 2011, the U7 reinforcement line, which only runs during rush hour. The train station opens up the northern part of Neuperlach . It lies parallel to Albert-Schweitzer-Strasse across from Quiddestrasse, which is named after the Nobel Peace Prize laureate Ludwig Quidde . The station is structured like most of the other stations on the line, which opened in 1980. The walls are covered with yellow-orange rounded fiber cement panels, the pillars with brown tiles. A mezzanine floor is only at the south end of the platform, where there is also a kiosk. At the northern entrance, stairs lead directly from the street to the platform.
