The 2006/07 season was the 5th season of the ULEB Cup hosted by the ULEB , which is now known as the EuroCup.

24 teams from 15 nations took part. The season began on October 31, 2006 and ended with the final on April 10, 2007. The 24 teams were divided into 4 groups of six teams each. A double round was played everyone against everyone. The four best in each group reached the round of 16. The winners in this, as well as in the quarter-finals and in the semi-finals were determined in the first and second leg. The final was played in one game.
