The season 2006/07 was the fourth season of the FIBA Europe discharged Euro Challenge and the second under the name EuroCup.

Akasvayu Girona from Spain won the title for the first time .

The tournament began with a group stage of seven groups of 4 teams each and one group of three teams. The group winners and the runners-up played in the second group stage with four groups of four teams each. This was followed by the quarter-finals, which were played in a best-of-three series. The semi-finals, the final and the third place match took place in a Final Four tournament.
