The season 2007/08 was the fifth season of the FIBA Europe discharged Euro Challenge and the last under the name EuroCup. In July 2008 the competition was renamed EuroChallenge.

The Barons LMT won the title for the first time .

mode

The tournament started with two qualifying rounds. A group phase of four groups with 4 teams each followed. The group winners and the runners-up played in the quarter-finals, which was played in a best-of-three series. The semi-finals, the final and the third place match took place in a Final Four tournament.
