The season 2012/13 was the 11th season of the ULEB discharged Euro Cup .

The competition began with the group matches on November 7, 2012 and ended with the final on April 13, 2013. 32 teams took part in the tournament. The regular season was played in eight groups of 4 teams each. The group winners and runners-up continued to play in the second group phase with four groups of four teams, with the two best in each group qualifying for the quarter-finals. The quarter-finals and the semi-finals were played in two games with a return leg. The overall winner advanced one lap. The final consisted of one game.

Final round

The quarter-finals took place on March 6 and 13, 2013, the semi-finals first legs took place on March 20, and the second legs on March 26 and 27, 2013. Instead of a Final Four tournament, as in previous years, the winner was determined in a final on April 13 in Charleroi, Belgium .
