The 2003/04 season was the second season of the ULEB Cup hosted by the ULEB , which is now known as the EuroCup.
Hapoel Jerusalem from Israel won the title .

36 teams from 16 nations took part. The season began on November 11, 2003 and ended with the final on April 13, 2004.
In the group stage, the 36 teams played in 6 groups of six teams each. A double round was played everyone against everyone. The two best in each group and the four best third placed reached the round of 16. The winners in this, as well as in the quarter-finals and in the semi-finals were determined in the first and second leg. The final was played in one game.
