Ulrich Ladurner

Ulrich Ladurner (born 1962 in Merano ) is an Italian journalist from South Tyrol who works in Germany.

Life

Ulrich Ladurner studied political science and history at the University of Innsbruck . He worked as a freelance journalist for the Austrian news magazines Profil and News and for ORF . Ladurner has been editor of the weekly newspaper Die Zeit since 1999 and was its foreign correspondent for the crisis regions of Iraq and Iran , Afghanistan and Pakistan . He lives in Hamburg ; Since autumn 2016 he reported as Europe - correspondent from Brussels . He also writes for ff - the South Tyrolean weekly magazine , where he also has his own column : the "EU column by Ulrich Ladurner".
