Ulrich Viehöver
Ulrich Viehöver (born June 29, 1947 in Stuttgart ) is a German journalist and author. He lives in Stuttgart.
Live and act
Ulrich Viehöver grew up in Stuttgart. After training as a publisher and bookseller , he gained professional experience (including in the bar range and insurance). After studying business administration (focus: trade marketing, cooperative systems , employee participation ), he carried out a study on the emergency call system in road traffic at the Björn Steiger Foundation in cooperation with the Federal Roads Office. In 1976 Viehöver started his journalistic career as a business editor for the Stuttgarter Nachrichten . This was followed by positions at Wirtschaftswoche in Düsseldorf and Stuttgart, then at Focus , Werben & Sell and Forbes (both in Munich). From 2000 he worked as a freelancer for u. a. Die Zeit , Automobilwoche, Stuttgarter Zeitung and context: weekly newspaper . He worked for the Telebörse a. a. as an editorial coach.
Viehöver's journalistic topics range from the consumer and utility industry , the news and computer industry to cooperatives , trade, construction and brewing to asset policy . He also worked on foreign issues (Arabia / Gulf States, USA, Switzerland). More recently, he has specialized in the automotive industry (including suppliers), mechanical and plant engineering , aviation and medium-sized industry . Viehöver is also involved as a journalistic PR consultant for various companies.
