Uluborlu is a city and capital of the district of the same name in the Turkish province of Isparta . The city is located about 35 km north of the provincial capital Isparta on the D 320 trunk road.
The district is the second smallest district in the province and is located in the northwest of this. It borders on Senirkent County to the east , Atabey County to the southwest and Gönen and Keçiborlu County to the south . In the northwest, the Afyonkarahisar Province ( Dinar District ) forms the border. In addition to the district town, the district consists of four villages ( Köy ) with an average of 268 inhabitants: Dere (361), Küçükkabaca (300), İleydağı (281) and İnhisar (130 inhabitants).
