The United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC; Russian АО "Объединённая судострои́тельная корпора́ция" (ОСК) , transcribed Obedinjonnaja sudostroitelnaja korporazija ) is the largest shipbuilding and naval construction company in Russia that builds and builds shipbuilding companies in Russia .

founding

The USC group was founded in March 2007 with presidential decrees ( ukas ) signed by Vladimir Putin . The group of companies consists of many companies divided into four regional areas, the Western Shipbuilding Center in Saint Petersburg , the Northern Shipbuilding and Maintenance Center in Severodvinsk , the Southern Center and the Vladivostok Shipbuilding and Maintenance Center in the Far East . The state holds 100% of the shares.
