action
The film shows an almost completely unexplored area of our planet: the oceans and their inhabitants. The film begins with a shot of the thundering sea in a storm off the coast of Brittany , the noise is deafening. Then the camera sinks below the surface of the water and everything becomes still.
You can follow an iguana looking for food, watch dolphins hunt and see a flock of seabirds attacking a school of fish.
Further images show a collection of rays gliding silently through the water and huge schools of small fish swimming in formation like a ball. Then whales with the "underwater ballet", orcas and sharks looking for food.
In addition to the film music by Bruno Coulais , you can also hear a variety of noises from the ocean: its roar and the voices of its inhabitants, such as B. the whale song.
