Gipfelstürmer is a German television film by Friedemann Fromm from 2004 . It is the third episode of the ZDF crime film series Unter Verdacht with Senta Berger as Dr. Eva Maria Prohacek in the lead role.

The police chief Kracht has made tax evasion a criminal offense. The criminal inspector Eva Maria Prohacek and her assistant André Langner investigate in their own professional circles and offer Kracht a pact: If he gives them the information from the tax clan, they let the matter rest. The next day, the two found him dead on the shooting range.
