Marie-Lou Sellem

Marie-Lou Sellem (born June 19, 1966 in Göttingen ) is a German - French actress .

Life

As a child, Marie-Lou Sellem lived in Rennes, France, for several years . Since her father is French, she has German and French citizenship . Sellem learned acting at the Folkwang Hochschule in Essen . In 1988 she got her first theater engagement at the Philharmonie Essen . She is best known for her role in Tom Tykwer's Winter Sleeper and alongside Sonja Kirchberger in the two RTL television thrillers Kill me softly and Sommernachtstod . In 2002 Marie-Lou Sellem was nominated for the German Film Award as Best Supporting Actress for My Brother the Vampire , Don't Regret and Help, I'm a Boy . In 2006 she impressed alongside Nadja Uhl and Ulrich Tukur in the television film Sleeping Beauty Awakening .

In the episodes of ARD Radio Tatort produced by Saarländischer Rundfunk , she speaks to Chief Inspector Kathrin Krämer.
