action

Rainer Matsutani described the subject of the film as a kind of West Side Story in 2008. The film is set in Berlin. Chris is the leader of the youth gang Rox and is in prison. His brother and gang member Flo meets Sofie, the daughter of rich parents, and they fall in love. When Chris is released from prison, the gang plans a robbery to pay off debts to a gang leader. When the attack fails, Chris demands that his brother steal from Sofie's mother. Flo refuses at first, but does it anyway, because he doesn't want anything to happen to his brother. Later, however, Chris ponders and decides to "face" Rico without the jewelry. He wants Flo to be happy. Chris is beaten up by the KILLAZ and has to go to the hospital.

criticism

"Bloodless synthetic film about young bad boys, which varies clichés and poses of the genre, but does not come up with good actors or an original plot and also shows no sense of its Berlin setting."

“You seldom saw a stupid version of the Romeo and Juliet theme. Not only are most of the actors bad here - the story of the script duo Peer Klehmet and Sebastian Wehlings [...] is just as bad as the set. Rainer Matsutani [...], actually not that bad a director, should have at least seen 'West Side Story' beforehand. Awful!"
