Christian Blümel

Christian Blümel (born November 30, 1982 in Berlin ) is a German actor .

Life

Blumel's father was a cultural attaché , his mother a doctor in developing countries. Much of his early childhood was spent in Central America. After turning back in Berlin, he won a casting at his school at the age of nine, which subsequently earned him several small roles. In 2001 he made his breakthrough in the feature film Führer Ex as an immature young man from East Berlin.

He completed his training at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy . There he played a leading role in the web series Viva Berlin in 2008 under the direction of Hannah Maria Heidrich and in 2011 in the spot Blutsgeschwister under the direction of Moritz Mohr . He also became known through films such as Der Baader Meinhof Complex . He lives in Berlin.
