Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht
Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht (born March 18, 1990 in Munich ) is a German actor and singer .
Life
Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht is the son of the actor Uwe Ochsenknecht and the model Natascha Ochsenknecht . He has a younger brother, Jimi Blue , a younger sister, Cheyenne Savannah, and a half-brother, Rocco Stark . It was named after the singer Wilson Pickett and the cartoon mouse Speedy Gonzalez .
His acting career began at the age of ten with the award-winning film Enlightenment Guaranteed by Doris Dörrie , in which his father and brother also appeared in front of the camera. He became known, however, through the role of Marlon in the film Die Wilden Kerle , in which his brother and father also played. He was also involved in four sequels.
From 2006 to 2007 he attended an art school in the USA . There he wrote his first songs together with befriended rappers. In 2008 he was working on building a band called Heads on the Rocks . His first album called Cookies was released on May 23, 2008 and is heading towards alternative pop rock. Bands like Queens of the Stone Age , Arctic Monkeys and Led Zeppelin are said to have been influential for the album, in stark contrast to brother Jimi Blue's rap-related music. From September 16, 2008 he was in front of the camera with his brother and Emilia Schüle for the youth drama Gangs in Berlin. In 2009, Melchior played the leading role in the adaptation of Wedekind's Spring Awakening for the ZDF theater channel.
In 2012, Ochsenknecht hit the headlines when soldiers sent death threats to him via Facebook because of his involvement in the TV film Welcome to the War . The members of the German Armed Forces felt mocked by the controversial content of the film (German war effort as a comedy) and above all the broadcast date; The film ran on Easter Monday 2012, just two years earlier three paratroopers fell in a skirmish with insurgents on Good Friday .
Ochsenknecht has lived in Berlin since summer 2009 .
