Uschi Nerke , officially Ursula Nerke-Petersen (born January 14, 1944 in Komotau , Reichsgau Sudetenland ) is a German architect and presenter .

Life

Nerkes family was expelled from the Sudetenland in 1946 . After attending school in Hamburg and in 1957 in Bremen completed Nerke 1962-1965 in the Baugewerkschule later Hochschule Bremen a lesson for architectural draftsman and also a study of architecture . From 1968 to 1978, after graduating as a graduate engineer , she ran her own architecture office .

In the early 1960s, Nerke appeared as a singer, was discovered by Hans Hee , and released a single under the name Karina at Teldec with the hits A little dream and Here is my place . Rudi Carrell then recommended her as a moderator.

From 1965 to 1972 she hosted the Beat Club on Radio Bremen television with changing partners . An expletive Nerkes 1966 or 1967 during a live broadcast brought her a warning from their boss Mike Leckebusch one.

Last but not least, her mini dresses , which she designed and sewed herself, left a lasting impression .

In the follow-up show Musikladen , she was in front of the camera with Manfred Sexauer from 1972 to 1978 . For this she received the Bravo Otto in gold in 1975 in the category "TV presenter" and in 1976 in bronze in the "TV star" category.

In 2011 Nerke-Petersen recorded two songs, At Your Side and Wishing Me Away , which Norbert Görder composed and which were produced by Taff Staff Music from Herford.

Until January 12, 2013 she hosted her own radio show Beat-Club on Radio Bremen Eins every Saturday from 1pm to 3pm . She appears as a presenter at many oldie events.

Private life

Nerke has a son (* 1978) from their first marriage in 1978. She has been married to the textile merchant Günther Petersen since 1988 and lives in Seevetal near Hamburg.
