Vaida Pikauskaitė (born March 29, 1991 ) is a former Lithuanian cyclist .

At the UCI Track World Championships 2010 Vaida Pikauskaitė took 19th place in the single pursuit , at the European elite track championships in Pruszkow in the same year she won the silver medal in the team pursuit together with Aušrinė Trebaitė and Vilija Sereikaitė .

In 2012 Pikauskaitė finished fourth in the single pursuit at the European U23 track championships . Later that year, she and Trebaitė and Sereikaitė became the European team pursuit champion at the 2012 UEC European Rail Championships in Panevėžys, home . In 2015 she ended her cycling career after several years of mostly road racing without resounding success.
