Francesca Pattaro (born March 12, 1995 in Este ) is an Italian cyclist who competes on track and road .

Athletic career

In 2013, Francesca Pattaro was together with Arianna Fidanza , Michela Maltese , Maria Vittoria Sperotto and Svetlana Vasilieva junior European champion in the team pursuit and in the following years belonged to the Italian women's four in the U23 class. In 2016 she became Vice European Champion (U23) in the team pursuit with Martina Alzini , Michela Maltese and Claudia Cretti .

Also in 2016 Pattaro was nominated for participation in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , where she finished sixth in the team pursuit together with Beatrice Bartelloni , Simona Frapporti and Silvia Valsecchi . The following year, she was U23 European team pursuit champion together with Martina Alzini , Marta Cavalli and Elisa Balsamo .
