Vellinghausen-Eilmsen is a district of Welver in the Soest district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

About 750 people live in Vellinghausen-Eilmsen. The Vellinghausen Castle is a sight . The place became known through the battle of Vellinghausen on 15./16. June 1761 in the Seven Years' War .

On July 1, 1969, the former communities Eilmsen and Vellinghausen were incorporated into Welver.
